But the bottom line is that there is no excuse for posting less-than-perfect photos of what you expect someone to make a purchase.
Here is how our business works
We shoot your products in our studio located in Austin TX and are serving clients from all over United States. If you are local (to Austin) you may drop off the products at our studio. If you are not local to Austin, and / or if you plan to ship products to our studio. Here is how the process works -
1. Client gets a quote for the project (email or call).
2. Client puts zero money down, so 100% satisfaction guarantee.
3. Client ships the product(s) to our studio (alternatively drop-off).
4. We take sample photos and pictures are sent to the client for approval.
5. Corrections are re-shot based on feedback (up to 3 iterations).
6. At this point we will shoot the final photos and samples are sent again to the client for approval.
7. We email invoice to the client, and followed by payment received (bank check, zelle etc.)
8. We will email web download link of final images to the client. 
9. Products are shipped back to the client (upon client preference).
